You are your Hero but,
you are also your own enemy.

Platformer Game

You are the Hero.
Anti-Hero is the platformer games name. One’s worst enemy is yourself.
You should find that enemy that make you, your own Anti-Hero and
combat it. Anti-Hero is the main character (Hero) that does not
act like the Hero.

The empty space where the "T" stretches over the "i" represents the
emptiness within the player themself. The player should find a way
of dealing with their emotions and fill up the hole.
Players confront their insecurities to foster growth and
self-improvement. We all play both Archer and Prey at
different times in life. Now is the time to face our reflections
and emerge stronger.

Develop a new 2D/3D side-scrolling platformer that
captures the spirit of classic platformers with your
creative twist.

Your game concept should include an unique indie 2D/3D platformer
franchise with fresh goals and objectives inspired by traditional
platformers.

A hero character with a sprite sheet covering all primary movements.
Enemies, collectibles, puzzles, and environments within a single,
continuous level. Essential UI elements: title design, launch screen,
menu, HUD, and a tutorial level.
The solution to this game, known as game objectives,
has multiple aspects to it. This game explores:

Self-Exploration | Encouraging players to explore their emotions,
feelings, and insecurities safely and supportively.

Inner Healing | Allowing players to confront inner struggles,

COLOURPALETTE

The aesthetic of the game are hand painted backgrounds
based on four emotions. Anxiety, Frustration, Hopelessness and Sadness.
Each Scene or emotion of environment has an enemy. The chances of you
encountering the enemy is big. The enemy is there to teach you a lesson
and hold you accountable to your mental health. The platforms of the
game is made out of cotton wool, which are clouds. The clouds are
there to remind you to be kind and soft with yourself.
Collectables are mindfull crystals. Collecting these crystals grants
temporary boosts to the Hero'sfocus and resilience, allowing them to
overcome obstacles more easily.

GAMEASSETS

Each of part of the character in the platformer game
is hand painted. All the environments were painted on a canvas
and scanned in to animate with. The environments will be used as
my background.
